Using Melo

By creating an account, you agree to use Melo for personal, non- commercial purposes. Don't use the app to harass other users, scrape the third-party data we relay (Setlist.fm, Ticketmaster, etc.), or do anything that would put us on the wrong side of those upstream terms of service.

Your content

Shows, photos, notes, and setlists you log belong to you. Melo stores them so we can show them back to you. You can delete any item at any time, or wipe everything from Settings → Account → Delete Account.

Third-party data

Setlist data shown in Melo is community-contributed via Setlist.fm and licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0. Event listings and ticket links come from Ticketmaster. Artist images come from Deezer. Bios come from MusicBrainz. Song previews come from Apple Music / iTunes. Each of these has its own terms — we attribute them in the app under Settings → Legal & Attributions.

Availability

Melo is provided "as is." We try to keep it up and the data fresh, but we can't guarantee uptime, and the third-party APIs we depend on can rate-limit or fail. We're not liable for missed shows, bad recommendations, or hurt feelings about your top artist.

Account termination

You can delete your account whenever you want. We can suspend an account that's abusing the service (spam, automated scraping, harassment) and we'll email you when we do.

Changes

If we materially change these terms, we'll bump the date at the top and let you know in-app the next time you sign in. Continuing to use Melo after a change means you accept it.
